It was a fantastic opportunity to refine our cutting skills, gain new inspiration and continue developing as a team. We can’t wait to bring what we’ve learnt back to the salon! ✨ A little reminder about our cancellation policy ✨
At THE HIVE, all of our stylists are self employed, which means they only earn when they're with a client.
When a client doesn't turn up for an appointment or cancels at the last minute, that time can't usually be filled, leaving your stylist out of pocket.
For this reason, our no show and late cancellation fees are in place to help protect our stylists' income and the time they have reserved especially for you.
Of course, if we ever need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, you will never be charged a fee.
We completely understand that emergencies happen, and if you need to change your appointment, we simply ask that you give us as much notice as possible.
Thank you to all of our wonderful clients for understanding and supporting our small business and our amazing self employed team. We really do appreciate it. 💛
