I am so excited to reveal that I have obtained my Pre Hospital Immediate Care in Sport (PHICIS) Level 2 from England Rugby 🩺.

I would first like to congratulate all my peers on also completing the course. 👏

I want to thank all my lecturers at Canterbury Christ Church University!!

Having coached runners informally for several years, I’m now offering a structured service for athletes at all levels.

The focus is on sustainable performance: individualised programming, evidence-informed nutrition, race planning and mindset development, supported by direct access via WhatsApp.

Coaching includes personalised weekly plans, group support, 24/7 athlete access, nutrition guidance, race advice and strategy, and mindset coaching.
