Just had my first experience of reiki with Angela from Healing Hands, who was amazing. Before starting, Angela took the time to explain what reiki was and what she would be doing to facilitate the session. I was quite nervous about going but there was no need as Angela quickly made me feel really comfortable and relaxed easing any worries, allowing me to relax and enjoy some 'me time'. The actual reiki session was fabulous. The music Angela had playing in the background and the smell from her incense all helped make the experience really enjoyable and relaxing. At the end of the session, Angela explained her 'findings' from the sessions and how her guides had helped her to fix these and what sort of feelings/actions I might find myself having over the next wee while as my body continues to repair and heal. I could resonate with some of the images that Angela mentioned as I had actually experienced/seen the same thing as Angela had described.

Since the session, I have had an amazing couple of nights sleep with Angela checking in that everything has been OK and I have been feeling well.

Angela is such a lovely, kind hearted sole and I can't wait to return for my second session.
