A bit of self care:-

When caring for others its so important to take time out and remember that you are also worthy of some tlc and a bit if self care.
Take time to unwind it could be 10 minutes to have a cup of tea to contemplate your day or an hr to treat yourself to a massage . Whatever you do make sure you make time for yourself and have a reboot . Your mental and spiritual health will thank you for it.

Crystal healing-£15 for 1/2hr
