When a lot of people hear about lymphatic drainage now, they immediately think face & stomach… but nobody ever really talks about their legs.

If your legs always feel heavy by the end of the day, your socks leave marks, you stand up and just feel… swollen… you’re definitely not the only one.

Sometimes it’s not that anything is “wrong”, your lymphatic system just needs a little help.

That’s exactly what lymphatic drainage is for. It encourages your body to move excess fluid, which can leave your legs feeling lighter, less tight and way more comfortable. And yes, you can actually see the difference too👀

It’s one of my favourite treatments for anyone who’s on their feet all day, sat at a desk for hours, takes long flights, struggles in the heat or just feels like their legs are constantly carrying around extra puffiness.

No, it doesn’t magically melt fat (we wish), but if fluid retention is the reason your legs feel different, it can make such a lovely difference.
