Last year I helped 100's of clients over come injuries and body issues treating a wide range of problems. With cost of everything rising I have held my price's the same as 2024 to keep my costs affordable to those who need help.

It is that time of year again with Christmas just around the corner.
I have limited availability in December with only a few appointment slots available.
Christmas can be a stressful time of year for some so why not treat a loved one to a relaxing treatment as part of their Christmas gift.
All treatments are just £40 for a full hour’s treatment.
All treatments are at the wonderful Elephant Rooms in Draycott.

But what are the rigours of everyday life?
I don't run or jog or go to the gym, but I do walk my dog everyday.
This year I have recorded all my dog walks (mostly around the beautiful Elvaston Castle)
So far this year I have walked 676 km (420 miles).
Without regular massages I very much doubt if I would have been able to do this.

I can’t believe that August is nearly over and the nights are starting to draw in.
I will soon be selling Christmas vouchers again, but not just yet.
August has been a very busy month treating back and injuries, anxiety and stress, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue as well as the usual aches and pains we get in our daily lives.
September is also looking like a very busy month so book early as appointments are getting taken up.

With Holiday season upon us it is time to relax.
Many people find that a massage just before they go away helps them to relax into their holiday much quicker.
Massage has been practiced for thousands of years.
Massage therapy is a form of manual therapy that involves moving soft tissues in the body to reduce stress, ease muscle tension, and promote relaxation and overall well-being. It is a hands-on technique.

Well people that is my 50 miles in June done. I walked 84.7k which is 52.6 miles for this great cause. Not bad when you think I have had a weeks holiday fishing at Anglers Paradise and a week away with work.
A very big thank you to all of you that have donated to this fantastic cause.
Hopefully one day we will find a cure for this.

I lost my Dad to this terrible disease a few years ago. There is not a day that goes by I don't think of him and wish he was still here.
When he died he was not the same man as when he was well this evil disease robs you of everything.
