Nobody books a consultation thinking it’s the main event.

It is.

Before I pick up a needle, I need to understand your face. How your muscles move. What’s been done before. Where you’re losing volume, where you’re not. What you think you want versus what’s actually going to make a difference.

The consultation is where I build your treatment plan. It’s where I say yes, and sometimes no. It’s where we get on the same page before anything else happens.

If you skip this bit, you’re just guessing. And I don’t guess with faces.

šŸ“² Consultations are bookable via the link in my bio.

Symptom < Causation.

One of the biggest misconceptions in aesthetics?
Treating the line someone points at… instead of understanding why it’s there in the first place.

That line your makeup is sitting in.
The heaviness at the lower face.
The tired looking under eyes.

These are often symptoms of structural changes happening elsewhere.

Tired under eyes?
I’m not instantly reaching for tear trough filler. I’ll be assessing:

• midface support
• skin quality
• volume loss through the cheeks
• overall facial balance

Heavy nasal folds/jowls?
I’m looking at:

• tissue support
• lateral cheek structure
• preauricular volume
• mandibular definition and support

Because aesthetics should never be about ā€œfilling linesā€.

It should be about understanding the face as a whole, restoring support where it’s needed, and creating results that look refreshed… not overdone.

This is why a full face assessment matters.
And why the best results come from treating the cause, not chasing the symptom.

We compare filler amounts quite often to the volume in which it looks in the most common area, the lips. What we need to remember is the lips are a much smaller compact surface area.

Larger amounts of filler shouldn’t be feared when we’re treating the full face, especially some full face restoration work post weightloss/illness, and even some who are going full revamp investment on themselves, we are looking in double figures.

No two faces are the same and although karen down the road may look a little šŸ¤ overdone with 5ml, that isn’t to say that you won’t.

Starting points are different. Anatomy is different. Injector? Probably different. šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø

Unsure? I offer no obligation consultation only appointments to discuss your options and map out a full 360 treatment plan. Click the link in the bio or send me a direct message šŸ“†

Facial harmony > chasing perfect symmetry ✨

One of the biggest misconceptions in aesthetics is that beautiful = perfectly symmetrical… when actually, true symmetry in human faces is incredibly rare.

If you mirrored the left side of your face onto the right (and vice versa), most people would actually look MORE unnatural and asymmetrical. Those tiny differences in our features are what make us expressive, unique, and human.

In aesthetics, I don’t focus on making someone ā€œperfect.ā€
I focus on creating balance, softness, and harmony while still keeping YOU recognisable.

Over-correcting asymmetry is often where treatments start to look obvious, heavy, or unnatural and that’s never my goal.

Subtle tweaks. Facial balance. Natural movement.
That will always win for me šŸ¤

Being an aesthetics practitioner has genuinely unlocked a whole new level of fear for me šŸ˜‚šŸ’‰

Forget horror films…
try hearing:

1. ā€œI’ve had filler migrate but I kinda like itā€
2. ā€œI use sunbeds but SPF breaks me outā€
3. Clients booking out 3 hours of your day… then no showing šŸ‘»
4. ā€œI just want a tiny bit moreā€ when the filler blindness is BLINDING 😭
5. ā€œCan you dissolve and refill it today?ā€

And the final boss?
ā€œSomeone else can do it cheaperā€ 🫠

Natural, balanced, HEALTHY results will always win for me šŸ¤

ā€œI just don’t want to look overfilledā€¦ā€

Something I hear every single day.

She felt:
– tired, even when she wasn’t
– her face was starting to look a bit boxy
– like she’d lost her natural structure

But her biggest worry?
Looking fake. Puffy. ā€œDoneā€.

This is exactly why placement matters more than how much.

This wasn’t about adding volume everywhere…
it was about restoring what had been lost.

By supporting the midface and rebuilding the cheek’s natural structure, we created lift through the face, which also softened the under eye without directly treating it.

We then restored a small amount of volume through the pre-jowl to rebalance the lower face.

The result:
– lifted
– fresher
– more structured

…but still completely natural. Still her.

No overfilled look.
No heaviness.
No obvious signs of filler.

Just a face that looks well-rested and back in balance ✨
