🌷Begin the treatment with a ‘Welcome Ritual’
A gentle weighted blanket placement, slow steady grounding holds at the shoulders, hips and feet and light scalp pressure
🌷We start with the lower legs and feet and apply hot mitts immersed in a bowl of peppermint oil
🌷A warm aromatherapy oil is applied to the area followed by a therapeutic massage to help soothe aching muscles and joints
🌷We then wrap your feet in heated booties and move to the face, neck, shoulders and scalp
🌷The treatment continues with a hot compress immersed in a comforting geranium oil, followed with a deeper touch neck and shoulder massage with neck stretches to improve flexibility and reduce tension
🌷Moving to the face using lifting massage moves with facial draining techniques, then into the scalp applying light to medium pressure in circular motions to promote relaxation
