So it's our namesakes birthday today.

Happy birthday Lily Grey Wallace without you we would all be lesser.

Alot of you don't know the story of how we got the name for the salon. Well the story is a simple one. It's my mums name. Not every one knows I lost my mum when I was seven. That was 27 years ago. I have lived my life without my mum but with my dad. He has kept her alive and together we have made this salon. The only thing when faced with such a daunting task of starting a brand was what do you call it?, The only name I could back with pride was to name it after my mum, who was the ultimate genesis of all of this. Im incredibly proud of all that we have achieved under her moniker.

Every wonderful experience or word of mouth recommendation is keeping her name alive. All the team thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us when it's just supposed to just be about hair. We know it never was. Xx

Public services announcement.
Lilygrey is very happy to announce that we will be taking donations for the animals displaced from the war in Ukraine.
A client of the salon will be travelling to Romania on the 10th April to help at a shelter rehousing as many animals as possible.
Lilygrey will be open as a drop off point on
Friday 8th April. 12pm to 8pm
Saturday 9th April. 10am to 6pm
We are looking for specific items only.
Dog leads
Dog collers
Harnesses of all sizes
Cat collers
Flea treatment
Worming treatment
Any donations from any sources will be hugely appreciated and utilised. Unfortunately we can only receive donations on the date and times specified as all donations will be collected Saturday evening.
