Holiday fund Forever

So following on from my c9. I have now completed a week on the fit program. I'm following it loosely as I can't do much exercise (except walking & stretching due to my back injury). But i am active runni g aroynd after the kids! I have now lost a total of 8lbs & 12". That's a further 2lbs & 2.5" lost this week.
But I've had a curry & 2 glasses wine (date night with the hubby) & ice cream. Just proves that more good days than naughty days still works!
I find using the fibre & shakes means I'm not feeling hungry even though my intake is around 1200-1400 calories (should be 1800 normally if not looking to lose weight).
Keeping at it another 6lbs to lose - I will then be back to my post pregnancy weight.

Last day of my c9 today. Just to share my results!
Targets achieved - I fit in my work clothes (hooray!) Bad news (that means I'm now back at work - boo)...
Managed to curb my chocy cravings by having a hot chocy shake! & although I missed coffee when I smelt it - not been bothered by not having it. Hot water with lemon has been fine.
Now time to maintain the healthier eating plan in order to move the rest of my weight (nearly halfway though now 6lbs gone 8 to lose!).
This really helped me as due to my back problems I can't do much exercise wise - so diet is the best way.

Tiff xx 😎😍
