The area that bothers you isn’t always where the treatment needs to begin 👏🏼
Our client wanted to soften her downturned smile and had previously tried DAO toxin. Whilst this can relax the muscle responsible for pulling the corners of the mouth down, the lift it creates is often very subtle.
During her consultation, we identified that she would also benefit from additional structural support through the lower face.
Rather than simply placing filler beside the mouth, we worked from the jawline, carefully creating support before treating the pre-jowl and marionette areas.
Just 0.5ml on each side – 1ml in total 🤍
The result? A softer transition from the mouth to the jawline and a more supported lower face, without looking heavy or overfilled.
This is why we assess the face as a whole, rather than focusing on just one line or concern. Every face is different, and every treatment plan should reflect that.
