1. DEPOSIT in the amount of:
~ haircut £10
~ colouring £30
~ other treatments £30
Only the deposit (transfer to the account) will secure your appointment.
Rescheduling can only be done once, no later than 48 hours before the scheduled date.
Notification of a change of date less than 48 hours before the appointment, a second postponement, cancellation, or no-show will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
The deposit amount is deducted from the service price.
The deposit will only be refunded if I cancel the appointment and cannot offer an alternative date.
Deposits are intended to minimize bookings by irresponsible and indecisive individuals, giving you, the determined clients, the opportunity to see me sooner.

2️⃣ APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION:
Please confirm your appointment by responding to the reminder email sent by the registration system 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This is also the last chance to make changes to your reservation.

3️⃣OPERATION HOURS:
• Tuesday - Saturday 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM
The last person for a 2-hour coloring session is scheduled at 3:00 PM. Coloring sessions requiring a longer time must be started earlier, or I will charge £20 for each hour after 5:00 PM.

4️⃣ CORRECTIVE COLORING:
All coloring and decoloring services on very thick, long, non-standard, or corrective hair requiring a longer time are priced individually and must be preceded by a free consultation to determine the time and price of the service.

5️⃣ COMPLAINTS:
~ Report this complaint within 48 hours of the appointment.
~ This includes poorly performed services, i.e.; An uneven cut or coloring has some defects, e.g., under-dyed hair.
~ If the previously agreed-upon hairstyle or coloring was performed correctly and there are no defects, but you feel uncomfortable with it, this is not grounds for a complaint. In such a situation, it is possible to change the color or hairstyle, but for a standard fee.
~ Washing out of the dye and toners, and changes in their shade, is a normal process and is not subject to complaint.
The durability of the dye is often an individual matter, depending on the condition of the hair, and the color (reds, reds, purples, blondes, and grays) wash out faster than other colors. Home hair care is also important. Anti-dandruff shampoos, chlorinated water, hot straighteners, and hot air from a hairdryer significantly affect the durability of the dye. ~ Other unspecified cases will be considered individually, but I hope there will be no complaints 😃

6️⃣ CLOTHING:
Ladies, please do not wear hoodies, turtleneck blouses, or new or expensive items to your appointment. If you must, bring an old T-shirt for a change.

Oczywiscie zapomniałam zrobić zdjęcie przed, ale to jest balayage na ciemnym brązie 😜😊
