I eagerly await hearing about the Pantone Colour of the Year…a colour that captures the global mood and attitude in one distinct hue. You will see it cascade through interior design and across fashion.

Here it is…Mocha Mousse for 2025, described by Pantone as a warm hue imbued with richness. It nurtures us with thoughtful indulgence and its comforting warmth extends our desire for comfort. Indulge in the simple pleasures. Oh think of delicious coffee and chocolate.

You will hear this discussed at length in my studio. It’s not a colour that will resonate with everyone but if you want to engage with the trend, there are plenty of other colours that will look heavenly with it.

Try olive green, aubergine, lime, hot pink, teal, black (if you must 🤭), navy blue, baby pink and I could go on. Needless to say, Mocha Mousse is a fabulous neutral.

What do I think? It’s very sophisticated, chic , elegant and wonderfully classic with a hint of quiet luxury.
