After our EHO inspection before Christmas, we are so happy to say that we have been awarded a 5 star - YES - 5 star Hygiene Rating 🥳🥳🥳🥳

Our kitchen, processes, and trailer were all inspected to ensure we meet the required criteria, so we are extremely pleased as it was a bit stressful, particularly ensuring that we had suitable hot and cold water facilities in the pizza trailer when we don’t run off any mains electricity or generator power
