KEEP GOING! DON’T GIVE UP!
For almost 6 months I stayed on the same following & Low views… i felt completely stale and I work so hard on my social media, knowing I can’t continue working behind the chair 10-12 hours a day. I LOVE hairdressing.. it’s my passion. But at some point I’m gonna need to reduce my hours, so where do I find an income to match what I’m making behind the chair ? So I switched up my insta as it clearly wasn’t working for me.. I posted one reel that went viral. . I learnt from that reel what my audience want to see and in 2 months my account had grown by 7k and views sky rocketed! …. My moral is, don’t post for the sake of it if you want to use your platform to make a living. Find out what your audience wants to see and work on that! Don’t get me wrong, some of my content barely hits 1k views, there’s no magic wand that makes all your content fly, once you get viral posts but I learn from that and don’t post similar content again if it flops .. and it doesn’t always happen from one viral post. . I had several before that weren’t as successful..
None of this is to blow my own trumpet (even though I’m very proud of how hard I work on my business and my socials.. I really don’t ever stop) this is just your sign to keep going if you’re feeling flat…. You got this! And if this inspires one of you out there .. my day is complete! 🤍
