Yesterday I got a call to say that one of my lovely clients of around 15+years has passed away, 60 years young and a heart of gold. I also did her late mum and dads hair too, so this one’s hit hard,

I’ve been thinking all night about what it really means to be a hairdresser. To many, it might look like I ‘just do hair,’ but to me, it’s so much more. Over the years, I’ve shared laughter, stories, milestones, lots of advice and even heartache with my clients. We go through the ups and downs of life right alongside eachother and I truly feel that my clients are like extended family In ways, You all mean so much more to me than you’ll ever know and I’m grateful for the trust, love and laughter you bring into my chair every single day.
