Errands (for example collecting prescriptions, posting letters or parcels ect)
Laundry
Companionship
Appointments
Administration of medication
Support with Hobbies and interests-
•reading aloud
•baking
•playing cards/games
•listening to music
•nail painting
•outings
Dog walking
Seasonal help- Christmas shopping, present wrapping, writing cards
