I’ve been finding it hard getting my regulars in for appointments now I’ve got very limited space and I’ve had to decide to close my books📒 for any new clients just to take that pressure off🔒
Recently I’ve had to block off appointments on Fresha to try to keep space for my regulars and nobody could see availability so it just makes sense that I can’t take on anyone new for now unless you’ve got a voucher💌 or it’s a pregnancy massage 🤰I never want to have to turn down one of my day ones😍 you’ll always be the priority 🤎

I think I was close to burn out before the summer and I’ve had such a nice time off between Legoland,safari,football stadiums and then a lovely week at the sea.. the ultimate goal is just having that family time when they’re still wee!

Since our son was diagnosed with life-threatening allergies I’ve been researching as much as I can and it’s made me really aware of environmental factors that can affect gut health, inflammation and allergies/asthma.
I took a gut health course and joined the community and done other research and it’s been so good at helping us to make better decisions doing simple things like filtering our water 💦
It’s not possible to live toxin-free; obviously,and there are more changes to make but I feel like we’ve made good headway on stripping it back.
It’s a minefield but I feel like we’re a lot healthier and more aware than we were a couple of years ago 🙏🥰💕
Toxic products are minimised where possible at Urban Glow;although impossible to completely eliminate but rest assured if there is a better natural/toxin free method I will source it🌱
