LATENESS: Please be mindful and try leave a little earlier for your appointment as we are back to back and being more than 10 mins late could result in your treatment being cut short as it has a ripple effect.

NO-SHOWS/CANCELLATIONS: Please also be aware that a cancellation or no-show fee will be applied if an appointment is missed without adequate notice, as last-minute gaps are often difficult to fill.

PAYMENT METHOD: Cash is always preferred! We may be forced to only accept cash as some digital payments are not being sent upon request! Leaving us in an awkward position of asking to be paid after hours. If paying by these online methods the transfer MUST be completed before leaving the premises.

ILLNESSES: PLEASE respect our request to reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell in any way. As some of us have extremely vulnerable parents at home! Please know that you may not always get in within the timeframe you request at this time of year.

🌞 Summer Holiday Reminder 🌞

As the summer holidays begin, we kindly ask all clients to arrange childcare ahead of your appointments. Due to health & safety regulations and our insurance policies, we are unable to allow children in the salon during treatments.

We completely understand that the summer period can be tricky, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate where we can 💗

Please be mindful of our cancellation policy:

❗ Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a £20 fee.

This includes cancellations due to lack of childcare, so please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.

Important Update – Price List Amendments from 1st July

Dear clients,
Please note that from 1st July, there will be some amendments to our treatment prices. While some prices will increase slightly, NOT ALL treatments will be affected. These changes reflect the time, level of detail, duration of your appointment, the quality products used and the rising costs of these products.

We always recommend booking your appointments every 3–4 weeks to maintain healthy nails and reduce the risk of breakages. Please note that if your appointment exceeds this time frame, your treatment may be dearer due to the additional work required to rebalance and reshape your nails after longer growth.
