I don't usually recommend something unless I've experienced it myself, but after having a HypnoBreathwork session with Belle, I can honestly say it was incredible.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but Belle made me feel completely at ease from the minute I arrived. During the session I felt deeply relaxed and peaceful. I experienced tingling in my hands and lips, felt both cold and warm at different stages, and even felt like I was floating. I laughed, had an emotional release, and left feeling like a huge weight had been lifted.

The feeling stayed with me afterwards, and it's definitely something I'd recommend if you're struggling with stress, anxiety, or just feel like you need to reset both your mind and body.

Massage is one of those things we all know we should do, but it's usually the first thing we put off.

Whether you're carrying stress, sitting at a desk all day, on your feet all day, or just feeling like you need an hour to switch off, a massage can make such a difference.

My favourite treatment to do is definitely the 60-minute Back of the Body Massage. It gives me enough time to really work on any areas of tension without feeling rushed, and clients always leave feeling so much lighter and more relaxed.

Sometimes your body is just asking you to slow down... and it's okay to listen. 💚

☀️ Warm Weather Notice ☀️

With the warmer temperatures this week, I just wanted to give clients a little heads-up.

As many of you know, I can be upstairs carrying out treatments for several hours throughout the day.

As the treatment room naturally warms up, it can become too hot to safely and comfortably carry out longer massage treatments.

For the comfort and safety of both clients and myself, some massage appointments may need to be rescheduled if temperatures become too high.

Please note that hot stone massages are not recommended during very warm weather and may need to be changed to an alternative treatment.

I'll be keeping a close eye on the temperatures and will contact anyone affected if any changes need to be made.
