Kirsty at TLC

One of my lovely regular clients is a teacher at St Columba’s, and I also have so many of the children’s mummies who come to me as clients, so I know how much this little school means to so many families. 💚

It’s such an important part of the local community and it would be heartbreaking to see it close.

Let’s get behind St Columba’s and the families fighting to keep their school open. 🤞💚

I'm off enjoying some family time. 💚 I'll be on messages until 12 noon Saturday, then back to work on Tuesday.

I don't usually recommend something unless I've experienced it myself, but after having a HypnoBreathwork session with Belle, I can honestly say it was incredible.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but Belle made me feel completely at ease from the minute I arrived. During the session I felt deeply relaxed and peaceful. I experienced tingling in my hands and lips, felt both cold and warm at different stages, and even felt like I was floating. I laughed, had an emotional release, and left feeling like a huge weight had been lifted.

The feeling stayed with me afterwards, and it's definitely something I'd recommend if you're struggling with stress, anxiety, or just feel like you need to reset both your mind and body.

If you've been thinking about trying it, I'd really encourage you to book one of Belle's free taster sessions. She's amazing at what she does, and I can't recommend the experience enough. 💙
