📅 Appointment Policies

Thank you so much to everyone for choosing my services I truly love what I do and appreciate every single one of my clients.

As I run this business on my own alongside a full-time job and caring for my family, my time is very limited. Most appointments take place in the evenings, often straight after I’ve finished an 8-hour work shift. This means each slot is carefully planned and reserved just for you.

To help me keep things fair for everyone and protect time for my family too, I’ve put in place the following policies:

✅ Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please give me at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. This gives me time to offer the slot to someone else who is waiting, or simply allows me to finish my day on time and spend quality time with my loved ones. Please do not panic if it’s less than 24 hours, genuine things can happen in life and I am a very understanding person as they happen to me too.

❌ Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failing to attend without notice, mean I cannot fill that reserved time.

• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a booking fee being required for future appointments to secure your slot.

I understand that unexpected things come up, and I’m always happy to work with you when there’s a genuine emergency — just please let me know as soon as you can. These rules aren’t here to be difficult; they’re simply to help me continue offering my services while also balancing my work and family life.

📋 Updated Terms & Policies

Effective: 3 June 2026

To ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for all clients, the following policies are now in place and apply to all appointments moving forward.

✅ Booking Process
All appointments must be booked exclusively via Fresha. Bookings can still be made through messages & social media (I will send you a link for fresha) This system allows you to view availability, confirm details, and manage your bookings securely.

✅ Deposit Requirement
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. This amount will be deducted from the total service cost on the day of your appointment.

✅ Late Arrivals, Cancellations & No-Shows

•Late arrivals may result in shortened appointments or rescheduling to avoid delays for other clients.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit their deposit.

• No-shows: Full payment for the missed appointment will be required before any future bookings can be made.

✅ Preparation for Your Appointment

Please arrive with a fresh face – free from all makeup, skincare products, lotions, or oils. This ensures the best possible results, hygiene standards, and safety during your treatment. If you arrive wearing products, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service.

✅ Service Rights

We reserve the right to refuse service, reschedule, or end an appointment at any time. This applies if we believe it is necessary for health, safety, hygiene, or if a client’s behaviour is disruptive or compromises the experience or safety of others.

✅ Hygiene & Safety

For the protection of everyone, please ensure you are free from contagious conditions (e.g., cold sores, skin infections, illness) when attending. If you are unwell, please let us know as soon as possible – we will work with you to reschedule safely.

✅ Consultations

We recommend a free consultation for new clients or for new treatments, to discuss your needs and ensure we can deliver the best results for you.
These policies help us maintain high standards and fair service for everyone.
