I was sitting ready to share my thoughts on skin that reveals its story and realised I need to show mine first!!!!

This is my skin at 52, and it's definitely showing the signs of menopause, sometimes requiring extra care.

My story is one of passion for skin health, including gut health and nervous system balance!!!!!

I'm dedicated to educating myself and others on aging well through treatments like microneedling, chemical peels, LED, gua sha, and using devices I swear by!!!!

I'm inspired by fellow facialists and fortunate to have trained with amazing women at Training Academy

No tweaks for me, just good genes and a consistent skincare routine I try to follow (still working on the wellbeing part!!!!)
