✨️ A massive thank you to everyone who joined us for our 'Tea & Talk' service this evening, and last Monday, as part of 'Mental Health Awareness Week'.
Taking the time share a cup of tea, and engage in open, honest conversations isn't always easy, but it is so incredibly important.
We are so grateful for the warmth, vulnerability, and honesty everyone brought to the table and everyone went away with better knowledge of the support that is out there, and available at our premises, and where journeys of support & recovery have already begun.
Remember, you don't have to walk your path alone. Every conversation you share is a step closer to where you need to be.

🤔 How does our 'Tea & Talk' service make a difference?
Following up from last Monday's session, the conversations that took place resulted in three people starting Counselling sessions at the Mental Health Path, another has been referred to an addiction clinic and immediatly begun thier recovery process, another has been referred to a local organisation for specific issues, that the organisation specialises in, and also begun their healing journey, two others have booked a Reflexology session at the Mental Health Path and two availed of Ear Acupuncture on site on the day. This evening was as busy and helpfull as last week ✨️
All amazing people for being brave to share their stories, over these two Monday's with us, and for reaching out for help & assistance. We are delighted to be able to be trusted to provide a listening ear and offer support that was welcomed and appreciated by all 🫶
ℹ️ At 'The Mental Health Path' we are proud to have several qualified & experienced Mental Health Counsellors, onsite, and Holistic Therapists that, together, provide a high level of daily Individual & Relationship Counselling Support, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Ear Acupuncture, Meditation, Group Work and Breathwork sessions all here at Unit 5.
