Hope Studio at Clovelly

Just to remind you all that there isn't a class on Tuesday night this week as I am taking my son out for his birthday dinner.
All are welcome to Pilates on Wednesday evening at 6.00pm or on Saturday morning at 10.00am.

I'm holding a lovely evening of meditation and relaxation this month at the studio. Included in the price is a lovely Hope Studio goodie bag full of gorgeous treats. I hope some of you can make it. Booking is through the website on the events page.

Ro is teaching on Saturday mornings at 10.00am - at the studio.
She discovered yoga eight years ago in a last ditch attempt to fix the chronic back pain that had plagued her for years.
Within months of regular classes, her back pain was gone and she felt better than she had in years.
She loved yoga so much and decided to train to teach - while working full time as a solicitor!
She qualified in 2025 and is looking forward to teaching in Clovelly.
If you've always wanted to give yoga a try, this class might be the one for you.

Those of you who come to my classes regularly know how much I love incorporating equipment into the sessions.
The magic ring is brilliant as it offers resistance which makes each exercise stronger.
Join me on the mat at the studio on Wednesday evening.
I also have a new Thursday morning class which starts at the end of June.

The first photoshoot took place at the studio today for a piece I'm writing.
It's such a perfect space as it is so light and spacious.
The photographer was happy he didn't have to negotiate the cobbles with all his gear and he could park easily outside too!

I'm holding my first author event with Freya Bromley at the studio on Saturday 11 July at 5pm.
Freya's latest book A Real Piece of Work is set in North Devon and London.
The book features Clovelly as the protagonist's mum is The Herring Queen of Clovelly.
The book is a story of complicated families - something which we can often relate too!
