🧡such an interesting training last week; becoming qualified in tuning forks and learning how to use sound therapy to heal the body.

🧡Thank you Pauline at Peace Of Mind Therapies for such an enjoyable experience!

✅️This will be incorporated into my reiki sessions but is available to all current clients to try for a wee free taster - just let me know at your next session if you're interested 🙂

✅️There's a lot of science behind using different sound frequencies to rebalance and heal the body. I look forward to exploring this for myself too once baby no3 is here!

💔5 years really have flown by - next week marks the start of the school chapter for my oldest son & therefore some adjusted opening hours at Rebalance👇

~ Mon, Tues, Thurs: 9.30am - 2.30pm;
~ Sat: 9.30am - 5.30pm;
