Just a little update regarding bookings and pricing.

Whatever service you book through Fresha is the service I’ll be carrying out. I completely understand that standard pricing may not suit everyone’s budget, which is why I now offer more affordable options through Mia and Darecy.

Thankfully, I’m now working at full capacity and most clients are happy to pay the standard prices, which I’m really grateful for. As many of you know, I currently work 6 days a week to keep everything running to the standard I want and to support my team.

Because of this, I’m making a small change to how appointments are managed. Going forward, unless you book your next appointment before leaving your service, I’ll no longer be taking bookings or appointment requests through personal messages, or by popping in and me having to leave my client .

This is exactly why I have the booking system in place — to keep things organised and allow me to focus on both work and the little free time I do get. I only have one day off and work late most evenings, so I’m trying to create a better balance.

I hope you all understand. Working this hard has definitely taken its toll on my 43-year-old bones (and my back 🤣), and I’d really love for work to run smoothly so I can enjoy some precious time with my family too.
