Cancellation policy- 24 hours notice for all cancellations or you will be charged 50%

Anyone who doesn’t show will have to pay in full upfront for any future appointments.

Lash policy- any problems within 48 hours will be rectified.
Anything after this It is not anything I have done and will be rectified for a fee.

Anyone who is late to their appointment may not be seen if it makes me late for the following client.

Please do not turn up to appointments any earlier than 10 minutes unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
