Nothing better then a neck traction to re-align the posture and leave you feeling a little bit taller

We put our bodies through a lot - my forearms, hands and wrists particularly take a beating with my profession

Recently I've been taking more time to look after them

I've had amazing treatments from and

I've been practicing yoga daily and attending at least one class each week. Building strength and increasing mobility (as well as healing the soul)

And I've also rescheduled my days so they work for me and allow sufficient rest to recover
