So today was the funeral of my lovely client of 15/16 years Evelyn, would made the grand age of 96. It's amazing the milestones you see with clients over the years and the bonds you make with them and their families.
Even though I'm "just" a beauty therapist, you end up much more than that, sometimes it verges on carer too. These lovely people become your friends too ,so if the want lunch or a cuppa you make it, if they need their prescription you go and pick it up.
I'll miss our lovely chats, sleep tight Evelyn. 💜
