In a society nationwide struggling with obesity, I'm really trying to do my bit in our little part of South Norfolk with my groups. 64% of the UK are struggling with their weight, and I would love to reach out to anyone feeling unhappy & ready to make some changes. You don't have to stay as you are, or how you're feeling- it affects life so much.

I'm here. I'd love to support anyone and everyone - any age, any dietary requirements, health issues - come and find out more.

Oh and i'd definitely campaign for a Food Warehouse or Iceland to come to town!!

We are at Hope Church tomorrow morning 9-10am weigh & then group 10-10.45am.
