A season of change & new beginnings 🌿
Autumn is always a time for reflection and realigning priorities.
As of the end of September, I will be stepping down from my regular in-salon practice. It has been an incredible journey filled with meaningful connections and deep work, but I am now focusing my energy on new personal projects and life directions.
If you have an outstanding gift voucher or we had an appointment planned, please get in touch with me directly before September 30th so we can arrange everything.
Thank you so much to everyone who has trusted me with their well-being and recovery. I’m not saying goodbye — just stepping into the next chapter! ✨

What is Pulsing?
Have you ever heard about Pulsing?
Pulsing is a body-oriented therapy based on gentle, rhythmic rocking movements.
These movements have a direct influence on your vagus nerve and help activate your parasympathetic nervous system—your body's natural state of rest, recovery, and healing.
It is not just about relaxation.
It is about helping your nervous system remember that it is safe.
Why does Pulsing work?
What does Pulsing actually do?
It helps your nervous system reset.
It helps release body armor—the chronic tension our bodies develop after stress and difficult life experiences.
Our body stores memories not only from childhood but also from everyday stress.
Work.
Relationships.
Family.
Even traffic.
Everything leaves an imprint on our nervous system.
Pulsing helps your body let go of what it no longer needs to carry.

I tried to hide this....
For a long time, I tried to hide this gift. I tried to bypass it, to look away, to focus on something lighter. Because sitting with someone else’s pain is always a profound challenge.
Yet, no matter how much time passes, life, experience, and my practice keep bringing me back to the exact same realisation. The absolute best thing I can do in psychotherapy and bodywork is to help people find release from the pain of loss. This is my cornerstone. It is where my greatest strength lies as a practitioner.
Today’s world constantly demands that we be successful, smiling, and productive. It leaves tragically little room for legitimate, honest grieving. When loss happens — whether it is the loss of a loved one, a past life, health, safety, or familiar foundations — people often find themselves standing among the ruins, completely alone. The body tightens; grief gets stuck as a silent lump in the throat, hardens in the chest, and cuts off the breath. Simply talking or receiving rational advice like “stay strong” is rarely enough. The body itself must physically process and release this pain.
I am no longer hiding my gift. I am ready to share it with those who are currently in the dark.
I am not afraid of your pain. You can come to me completely broken, in pieces. Without masks, without the need to pretend you are okay, without the pressure to be strong. With me, you can cry, be silent, rage, or simply learn how to breathe again. I have enough professional resilience and inner capacity to hold space for any depth of your grief, and to hold your hand where it feels darkest.
You cannot just forget or erase a loss. But you can move through it, release its grip from your body, integrate this experience, and step by step, rebuild your world.
If you are carrying this unbearable weight all by yourself right now — please know, you don’t have to be strong alone anymore. My doors, my hands, and my heart are open to you.

Stuck in your head? Your mind can’t relax until your body does.
If you are constantly feeling anxious, wired, or running on empty, your nervous system is likely stuck in a survival loop. Talking about it helps, but your body keeps the score.
 Enter Pulsing Rhythmic Bodywork.
No forcing. No deep tissue pain. No oils. You remain fully clothed while your body is moved in soft, wave-like rhythms that act as a biological reset button for your brain.
The Fast Track to Calm:
Immediate Safety: The rhythmic motion mirrors a resting heartbeat, triggering your vagus nerve to drop stress hormones instantly.
Instant Grounding: Shuts down the mental chatter and pulls you out of your thoughts back into the present moment.
Effortless Release: Stored emotional tension dissolves naturally—without you having to explain, rationalise, or relive your past in words.
Deep Recovery: Shorthand to better sleep, physical lightness, and a restored battery.
Why Pulsing Outperforms Talk Therapy & Standard Massage:
✔️ The body remembers what the mind consciously blocks or suppresses.
✔️ Zero verbal friction. No exhausting explanations required.
✔️ Fast-acting relief. Most clients experience deeper sleep and lower anxiety after just one session.
If traditional, logical approaches have hit a plateau, this is your missing piece.
Saturdays are now open for booking in Diss.
Send a DM to secure your system reset. Your nervous system deserves to feel safe again.

The Day Everything Changed
I remember the exact moment I discovered body therapy during a training session years ago. We were taught the basics and immediately began practising on each other. That afternoon, I realised my life would never be the same again. I also realised how disconnected from my own body I had been until I experienced Pulsing myself.
I was so moved that I told a friend I had discovered something that gave me goosebumps — I couldn’t remember ever feeling such deep relaxation and pleasure. Her response was immediate:
“Learn it, and I’ll be your first client.”
And she was.
Even halfway through my certification, when we were first allowed to practise, the results were undeniable. Back then, I couldn’t fully explain the “how” or “why,” so I simply told people:
“Trust me — the feeling is incredible.”
More Than Relaxation
The feedback from those early sessions was consistent:
✔️ Better sleep
✔️ Improved emotional wellbeing
✔️ More harmony in relationships
It was impossible not to fall in love with this work.
A Decade Later
Ten years later, my passion has only deepened with experience. Today, many people live in constant stress without even realising it. They function, work, smile — while their body stays stuck in tension.
Pulsing is not a massage. It’s a gentle rhythmic bodywork that helps the nervous system finally feel safe enough to let go.
I help people reconnect with themselves, release emotional and physical tension, and rediscover the joy of life.
Sometimes healing doesn’t begin with talking.
Sometimes it begins when the body finally feels safe.
✨ Saturday bookings are now open.

One session feels good. A series changes everything.
Your body isn't just tight. It's armored.
Decades of stress, suppressed emotions, and unprocessed experiences have locked themselves into your muscles, your breath, your posture. You can't stretch them out. You can't massage them away with pressure alone.
Pulsing therapy works differently.
It's not deep tissue. It's not a machine. It's gentle, rhythmic rocking, swinging, and wave-like movements. Not forcing your body to release — inviting it.
But here's what most people don't realize:
One session of Pulsing opens the door. It shows your nervous system what safety feels like again.
A series walks you through.
Layer by layer. Session by session. The body starts to trust. The armor softens. Old emotions surface and leave. Posture shifts. Breathing deepens. And the results don't fade the next morning — they compound.
Trying Pulsing once is like tasting water when you've been thirsty for years.
Committing to a series is learning how to drink again.

For many British women, emotional exhaustion isn't a one-off event—it’s a daily reality. You manage the "morning rush," the heavy workload, and the "second shift" of chores at home. Even when the house is quiet, your body remains in "survival mode." You know why you’re stressed, but your body won't stop shaking. This is what Wilhelm Reich called "Body Armour"—physical blocks where your body has literally frozen your stress to protect you.
We want to help you feel safe in your own skin again. We are conducting a local survey to understand the physical toll of modern stress on women in our area. Your insights are invaluable in helping us provide a non-clinical, somatic alternative to traditional care.
