Pregnancy reflexology is reflexology adapted for use during pregnancy, when your body will go through significant changes. These changes will affect the emotional, hormonal and physiological balance of your body.👣
The treatment can help restore the body’s equilibrium, giving clients a sense of wellbeing.
It is a safe treatment for clients pre-conceptually, during pregnancy, during birth, and after the birth.🤰🤱
It's lovely to treat someone during this journey, then get a message from them, with a photo of their new baby ❤️

*Don't tell me the gender of the baby if you know. I like to see if I can tell. I've only been wrong once, but please don't decorate the nursery based on this!* 🩷🩵

Reflexology can also be adapted for those with fertility issues.

This is me doing a reflexology treatment. Obviously.
It became apparent I can't draw legs, so I'm standing behind a chicken and a rabbit.
Due to client confidentiality, I haven't drawn a current client. But this is a previous celeb client. As I'm pretty confident he'll never see this. Or recognise himself. All guesses welcome!
Please note, your treatment is on a lovely comfy heated bed. And not a blue piano.

Just a quick reminder that reflexology is safe throughout your fertility journey. Before, during and after your pregnancy. It's a wonderful way to relax and has many benefits, physically and emotionally.
I am trained in fertility and pregnancy reflexology. And although I would never make any claims about "treating" fertility, many of my lovely clients have had a very positive outcome.
(And I love a gender prediction. Excellent success rate with that!🩷💙)
