I completely understand that unexpected things can happen, however last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a huge impact on small businesses. Appointment times are reserved especially for you, and with short notice it’s often impossible to fill that space.

My cancellation policy is in place to help protect my business, cover lost time, ongoing bills, and support my family — not to be difficult or unfair.
