✨ IMPORTANT BOOKING POLICY ✨

Just a little reminder to all of my lovely clients that my beauty business is my job and my source of income 🖤

To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit will now be required prior to your treatment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

I completely understand that sometimes things happen and plans can change. However, if you cancel on the day or fail to attend your appointment without a genuine reason, the full treatment price will be due.

If the outstanding balance is not paid, unfortunately, you will not be able to book with me again in the future.

I hope everyone can understand that last-minute cancellations and no-shows result in lost time and income, as I could have offered that appointment to another client.
