To all of our lovely clients,
Firstly, we want to say a huge thank you for your continued loyalty and support. It truly means the world to us and we are so grateful to have such wonderful clients.
Due to the continued rise in the cost of products and general running expenses, we will be making a small price adjustment across our treatments from 1st April 2026. We have tried to hold this off for as long as possible, but unfortunately it has now become necessary in order for us to continue providing the high-quality treatments and products you expect.

With such a full schedule, it’s really important to arrive on time for your appointment so we can stay on track and give everyone the best service possible.
Please remember our long-standing policy:
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice
• No-shows
👉 will be charged the full cost of the appointment. This has been our policy for years.
We’ll be honest — we’ve been a bit slack this year with taking Christmas deposits (our own fault!), so we’re relying on all our lovely clients to please attend their appointments and not let us down during this incredibly busy week 🤍
