I’m genuinely fully booked at the moment and I’m really struggling to fit in last-minute appointments. If you know you’ll need your nails doing, please try to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

My late-night appointments are very limited over the next couple of months, and Saturdays are already filling up fast.

One thing I always encourage clients to do is ask what products are being used on their nails. Not all nail products are created equally.

Recently, I’ve had quite a few new clients come to me after visiting walk-in salons, and unfortunately some have had products containing MMA (methyl methacrylate) used on their nails.

MMA is a product that was originally developed for dental and industrial use. It creates an extremely hard enhancement that can be very difficult to remove safely. Because of this, it can increase the risk of damage to your natural nails if the enhancement is knocked, lifted, or removed incorrectly. Reputable professional nail brands use safer alternatives designed specifically for use on nails.

Your nails and nail health should always come first. ❤️

As a client, don’t ever feel embarrassed to ask your nail technician:
✨ What brand do you use?
✨ Are your products professional salon products?
✨ How will these be removed safely?

A good nail tech will always be happy to answer your questions.

I believe in using quality professional products because healthy nails are just as important as beautiful nails.
