So you’ve booked your first wax and have no idea what’s happening next, well I’m Lou and I’m going to be looking after you for your appointment, I’m here to make sure you feel as comfortable and confident as you can be whilst I carry out your treatment, never embarrassed.
I need you to let your hair grow to at least a grain of rice, don’t worry about trimming it if it’s longer, so about 2-3 weeks worth.
Wear comfortably loose clothing to travel home in.
I’ll be talking you through what I’m doing during your treatments and explaining which wax I’m using and why.
Remember I’ve seen every body shape, size and colour it’s all in a days work for me🙋🏻♀️
So please don’t feel nervous.
I’ll be advising you on which products are the best to use at home to keep your skin in continual good condition and be asking you to gently exfoliate as part of your home care.
Before you know it you’ll be off my couch and away to carry on your day after making sure you’re booked in for your next appointment at a time that suits you best ❤️

What my job as a trainer can do that Chat GPT or YouTube can’t teach you, is human interaction, a hands on skill, showing application techniques, true to life body shapes and sizes , face to face feedback from clients, emotions in person (mainly laughter)
There’s many things that AI and screens can teach us but being a good waxer/ beauty therapist.. it can’t..
