Cheek Fillers ❤️ *swipe for before*
I'm 34 and have been losing volume in my cheeks for the last few years. Unfortunately we all loose volume as we age 😩
I managed to persuade Haymesh finally to do my cheeks and wanted to show you all the before and after. It's SUPER natural. I only had 1ml filler and will consider having another 1ml when I've let them settle for a bit.
Cheek filler is great because it lifts everything back up to where it was in our 20s! And and reduces the nasolabial lines and jowls that have started 🥰
Another benefit is there's minimal pain and you don't get much swelling!

I took these photos in the car yesterday so you can see what my movement is like before I have the Botox done. I forgot to squint but I'm sure you get the idea...
I started having Botox when I was 23 (I am very expressionate and wanted to prevent permanent lines) but for the past 3.5 years I haven't been able to have it done (we had a lovely baby Nayan 💙 who wanted to breastfeed forever) so my face has taken a hammering and my muscles are pretty strong
I've developed fine lines 😢 which was always something I wanted to avoid but hopefully with regular treatment at my age (33yo) I'm hoping I will fully get rid of them 🤞🏻🤞🏻

The swelling after lip fillers can be a bit of a shock 👀
For the first 24-48 hours you will get swelling and occasionally some small bruises. The amount of swelling will probably depend upon a number of things:
- The amount of filler injected
- Number of injections
- The type of numbing cream/injections used
- Your body’s reaction to the filler (some people just swell more than others)
This settles over the next few days. Often people find that after the swelling has gone down they miss it!!

Hands up who needs a day off?! 🙋🏽♀️Here’s a photo of our first day child free in 11.5 months 🙌🏼🙌🏼
As much as we all love our children it’s important to do things for ourselves too! Whether that is a day out, a massage, spa day, getting your hair done, a facial, or your Botox.
I am trying to do something every week for myself, it helps me to clear my head, love myself a little more and have more energy to be a better mum to Nayan.

As someone who has ALWAYS been very expressionate, I have had Botox since my mid twenties and loved it. I don’t want to look different to how I do now, I just want to keep my skin smooth, glowing and prevent damage caused by frowning all day. I think it’s important to look after myself 🥰
Unfortunately as I am still breastfeeding I can’t have Botox yet 😩 but it will be the first thing I have done when I stop! Along with recording the process for you to see 🤩
