Rather than simply working over what was already there, we had to take a step back and remove some of the previous PMU before creating her new brows.

And this is something I will always be honest about with my clients.

If existing pigment is too strong, too saturated, the wrong colour, or sitting in an unsuitable shape, adding more pigment isn’t necessarily the answer.

Sometimes, laser removal is the first step towards the brows you actually want.

THE HARDEST PART OF LASER REMOVAL? 👀

It’s not always the laser… it’s managing expectations.

Every set of brows is different. If I haven’t done your original PMU, I often don’t know exactly what pigments have been used and different pigments can behave very differently under laser.

Even with a patch test, I can’t predict exactly how your brows will respond or promise you a specific number of sessions.

And I KNOW you want them gone ASAP! 🥲 But unfortunately, I can’t rush the process. Your skin needs time to recover and your body needs time to clear the pigment.

I’ll always give you the clearest timeline I can, explain what I’m seeing and be honest about what your brows need.

I’d rather give you an honest answer than a promise I can’t keep.
