Beauty Rules

Please be advised that we take a £10 deposit for all bookings payable via PayPal within 24 hours of booking your appointments.

This is to secure your booking as confirmation for you and us.

Deposits will only be refunded if -

• Cancellation is made by us within 24 hours of your appointment, outside of this time an alternative appointment will be offered.
• Cancellation is made by you 7 days prior to the appointment.

Deposits are only transferable with 7 days notice subject to availability. If transfer is requested 3 times or more with no appointment attended deposit will then become non transferable.
