Hi everyone, this is just a reminder of my cancellation policy. It is so important to have these measures in place so that I can protect my business and keep a stable income as I am self employed.

Cancelling within 48 hours or not turning up to an appointment means I am losing out, this is my business, my livelihood and my only source of income so I really appreciate your understanding and support with my policy. I value every single one of my clients and I understand that things happen beyond our control but as a business I have to put these policies in place 🫶🏼

Please note that deposits are non-refundable and this policy helps me manage my time, cover costs and continue offering the the best service possible for everyone 🥰
