A little note about cancellations 💕

As a small business owner, I get booked up very quickly, and last-minute cancellations have a real impact on my income.

I don’t normally work weekends, but I’ve started opening up weekend appointments to help my clients stay glowing and to offer more flexibility. 🫶

I don’t want to start taking deposits, as 97% of my clients are amazing and always turn up for their appointments. I’d much rather continue working on trust and keeping things simple for everyone.

So if you do need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. If you were in my shoes, trying to earn a living, I’m sure you’d appreciate the consideration too.
