I honestly can not recommend this enough! I never thought anything of people raving about this spray until I actually started using it myself.
Before I started using this, I was waking up numerous times in the night to go to the toilet, and just with general restlessness, and I’m not saying it’ll cure that if you’re the same - but this has improved my sleeping pattern massively. I’m not struggling to sleep, I’m not waking up loads in the night anymore & I certainly feel more relaxed at night which is amazing. I definitely recommend this stuff if you’re suffering with sleep problems and you’re unable to wind down. It has honestly changed my night time routine completely.
