Having worked within the secretarial and administration sector for most of my adult life I became very interested in complementary therapies and in particular massage therapy after going through a difficult period in my life in relation to a chronic illness and stress. I began to look into self-healing and complementary therapies and indeed what helped me through this period was regular massage therapy. It was notable what a difference this made to my overall well-being helping to re-balance energy in my body and calming my mind. I then began my new journey and a new phase in my life to becoming an holistic massage therapist. I am now a fully qualified and insured complementary holistic massage therapist providing both relaxing and invigorating massage treatments at my home, treating both women (and men on referral). I offer a range of massage therapies both for relaxation and stimulating, tailored to your individual requirements with a wide range of massage techniques
