When your scar is fully healed, you can start scar massage! Make sure there aren’t any stitches, staples, seromas or infection.

Make sure you’re in a comfortable position, laying on your bed or your sofa, somewhere well supported.
Start with a light sweeping motion for a few minutes.

Then using a good cream, put it on your fingers and start to sweep over the scar. You could even apply circular movements over the scar.

Try this for 5-10mins every day.
