I use only Neal’s Yard aromatic blend of oils for all massage treatments for the most relaxing experience.

Good morning, please can I make a polite request that you arrive for your appointment at your appointment time.

I carefully plan appointments so that there is time in between clients to tidy, clean and sanitise, or sometimes just to take 5 minutes for a quick drink or a snack.

Arriving early doesn’t allow me time to do this and equally arriving late puts me under pressure to get this done and be ready for the next client.

As I don’t have a waiting area for clients at home, if you arrive more than a few minutes early please may I ask that you wait in the car.

If you are running late please send me a quick message to let me know.

This would really help my day run smoothly and would be very much appreciated.
