Health Secretary Matt Hancock has announced this afternoon that further areas across England will be placed into the toughest Tier 4 restrictions. This includes the remaining parts of the South East, as well as large parts of the Midlands, North-East and South-West England at 00.01 on 31 December. This will require the closure of all personal care services (including mobile businesses).

The Coronavirus Business Grant and Local Restrictions Support Grant given to businesses forced to close under the Tier restrictions will be available for Tier 4 businesses. With three-quarters of England now in Tier 4 we are continuing to lobby on behalf of the industry for targeted financial support.
Latest Statement for England
This evening the Prime Minister has announced a national lockdown from Thursday 5th November until Wednesday 2nd December.
This will include the closure of all non-essential services within hair and beauty including mobile services.

After yesterdays announcement i am pleased to confirm that i will be taking bookings as of Wednesday 15th July.
I have ordered all the relevant PPE so i can carry out treatments safely as of next week.
To all my regular clients, I understand some people may still not feel comfortable with others in their homes for whatever reason so i understand if this is the case and look forward to seeing you again once you are ready.
If you have made an appointment and you or anyone in your household has COVID-19 symptoms please contact me to re-arrange your appointment.

Unfortunately Nails and Beauty have not been given the go ahead to open just yet so I will have to remain closed until i am told it is safe to do so. Hope to see you all very soon 😘💅🏼
The guidelines for close contact services have been released overnight. These guidelines are for the hair, beauty and barbering industries (including mobile and freelance).
To confirm, from the 4 July hair salons and
barbershops, including mobile hairdressers and barbers are allowed to reopen. Nail, beauty and tanning services can use these guidelines to prepare for reopening but are NOT allowed to open until it is advised that it is safe to do so.
The guidelines are currently for England only and we are contacting the devolved nations on whether they will be adopting these guidelines.
