Sunday's herb of the day. False daisy. Eclipta Alba known as a sacred and valued herb in Ayurvedic medicine. Traditionally known for it's ability to prevent grey hair and to keep the hair black 🍃

In Chinese herbalism it's treasured for balancing yin of liver and kidneys.Toxins in the liver are responsible for the greying of hair. You would use this in tincture form to cool the blood 🍃

Ayurvedic medicine has used it's oils as a hair tonic for centuries. Known as Bhringraj it is been reported to outperform minoxidil in many clinical trials 🍃

Also known as Espanto Mu**to, or Aberikola In Afro-Cuban traditions. Also valued for its stimulative and conditioning quality 🍃

Another two featured herbs are are Rosmarinus officinalis, Mentha Piperita. Steeped and sun extracted in cold pressed coconut oil for three weeks. 😍
