π΅ MODEL CALL π΅
I am very excited to announce I will be working with the award winning Natalie Jackson who is an advanced electrolysis specialist and educator in September.
I always believe you can never stop learning, and I love to invest more knowledge back in to my business with the treatments I have a passion for.
Since I trained in electrolysis and advanced electrolysis (also know as advanced cosmetic procedures) nearly four years ago I really have pushed to perfect each treatment and improve my skill set in this area.
I have followed Natalie's work for a while now and was delighted to get a date booked in with her to join me at my clinic to learn new techniques from her, which she had gained though her extensive years of practice in this field.
For this day we will require 3 models with specific skin blemishes to work on.
These are to include a filiform wart, seborrheic keratosis, thread veins|spider veins and sun spots ( age spots).
I have attached photos so you can see what these skin lesions look like, and if you feel you are a candidate please contact me to arrange a consultation.
You will need to be available from 12pm on the 21st September 2026.
π΄ PLEASE NOTE thread veins must be on the face.

Removal of a seborrheic keratosis 5 weeks post treatment.
After treatment the skin will begin the healing process and form a scab, this will naturally come away around a week later.
As you can see from the second photo the scabbing has come away and the skin underneath is slightly pink and healing well.
There is a slight ring of pigmentation around the edge where the seborrheic keratosis was. This can be removed with a follow-up appointment, but my client was very happy with the results.
It is very important now to keep up with applying a high spf to protect the new skin while it heals. This will prevent any unwanted pigmentation changes and protect the skin.
π§ If you have any unwanted skin blemishes you would like removed you can either book in for a FREE consultation or email me at [email protected]

REFLEXOLOGY is a complementary therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet.
These points are believed to correspond to different organs and systems in the body.
THE BENEFITS β¬οΈβ¬οΈβ¬οΈ
Reflexology is widely used for deep RELAXATION. The pressure techniques can help calm the nervous system, which may reduce stress and tension levels.
Improved CIRCULATION
Stimulating reflex points is thought to encourage better blood flow, helping oxygen and nutrients reach tissues more efficiently.
Pain RELIEF
Some people find relief from headaches, back pain, or joint discomfort. It CAN help by relaxing muscles and triggering the bodyβs natural pain-relief responses.
Better SLEEP π΄
Because it promotes relaxation, reflexology can support improved sleep patterns, especially for people dealing with stress or insomnia.
Enhanced MOOD and well-being
Sessions often leave people feeling more balanced and uplifted, which may help reduce symptoms of anxiety or mild depression.

This lovely client came to see me because she was unhappy with how this seborrheic keratosis was developing and wanted it removed.
It was starting to catch on her clothing and she felt it was becoming more noticeable.
These growths are typically brown, black, or light tan and have a waxy or "pasted on" appearance.
They can develop on various parts of the body, including the face, chest, shoulders, and back. Although the exact cause of seborrheic keratosis is not fully understood, genetics and sun exposure are thought to play a role in their development.
These lesions can be gently removed using shortwave diathermy treatment. The photo on the left was taken prior to treatment and the right hand photo was taken 5 weeks post removal. As you can see it is healing nicely. I have recommended to keep up with SPF as the skin is still healing.

What to expect from your treatment when you book in for any blemish removal/reduction?
I will always carry out a consultation with you so we can discuss the treatment. This time is important to go through any questions you may have and for me to take a look at what lesion you would like removed or reduced.
The treatment itself is normally around 30 minutes, but this will depend on what is being worked on and if would be better to treat in two stages. This will all be discussed during your consultation.
After your treatment from your blemish removal the skin can appear quite red, inflamed and slightly swollen depending on the area treated. This is very normal and will subside after a few hours.
It is key for you to take care of the treated area once you leave the salon and follow the aftercare advice I give to you to get the best results from your treatment.
Apply a soothing product regularly with clean fingertips or damp cotton wool to the
treated area. Apply quite liberally always on top of the existing application. (This will
keep the area cool and prevent infection from entering). If the area feels particularly
hot and uncomfortable, place cold dampened clean cotton wool pads soaked in the
soothing product onto the treated area.
β Avoid direct heat such as hot baths (showers), saunas, or exposure to ultraviolet light
(sun or sunbeds) AIso be careful of a hot hairdryer.
βUse a minimum of SPF 25 over areas treated (and exposed to UV light)
β Avoid deodorant (if had underarm area treated i.e. a skin tag).
β Do not apply any other product to the treated area unless specifically advised to.
β Avoid touching the area unnecessarily.
β Aim to wash / cleanse around the treated area and pat dry (avoid rubbing)!

β QUESTIONS I GET ASK ABOUT ELECTROLYSIS....
Electrolysis is an approved means of achieving a safe and permanent hair reduction, which is ideal for all skin and hair types. The goal is to treat the hair root, or papilla, in order to prevent re-growth of unwanted hair.
Electrolysis is the only proven form of permanent hair removal as it has been for the past hundred years.
β How does electrolysis work ?
I use a special probe that is inserted along the hairβs route and into the follicle. Electric current is applied that creates heat and chemical reactions to destroy the follicles capacity to produce another hair.
β What method of electrolysis do I use ?
For your comfort and optimum results I use the Sterex Blend method of electrolysis, which is less painful, results in less regrowth and treats distorted follicles.
β What are the benefits of using electrolysis compared to laser hair removal?
The main reason for selecting electrolysis over laser hair removal is that:
1. It is more reliable for preventing hair regrowth.
2. Electrolysis will successfully treat all hair colours, including white, grey, blond, or red, which are unable to be treated with laser.
3. Electrolysis is approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for perma nent hair removal.
4. Treatments can be undertaken at regular intervals.
5. It is a cost-effective solution to smaller areas of hair growth on the face (i.e., lip and chin)
β Are there any disadvantages of using electrolysis compared to laser hair removal?
The main reason for selecting laser hair removal as opposed to electrolysis is that laser hair removal treats multiple hairs at a time, whereas electrolysis is a slow process treating individual single hairs at a time.
The time taken to cover a given area will be longer with ELECTROLYSIS, however there are generally fewer treatments required to a given hair to become dormant.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU MICRONEEDLE?
No matter the cause, either from wounding or the method of ageing, the free radical damage is the same. Causing our tissues to become injured initiates the healing cascade, providing new epidermal cells and new dermal activity to take place. Collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid will therefore be replenished.
This process does, however, slow with age. Upon any injury, the body sends signals that will essentially mediate the "Inflammatory response". Erythema will be noticeable immediately, providing you with the evidence that you have increased blood to the area.
This brings the much-needed essential nutrients for the skin healing mechanism to commence.
Repair and regeneration can begin. In the instance that any of your blood capillaries have to become injured, angiogenesis can occur, repairing these capillaries.
The epidermis begins to rebuild with new epithelial cells within the first 24 hours post injury, restoring the barrier function overall.
Fibroblasts will be stimulated, which leads to the extra cellular matrix also being restored, providing regeneration of the collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid components.
