I just don't know what to do? It is very frustrating. I get people I dont know ring up and book an appointment. if they want nails and lashes this can take 2 hours out of my day. I often send out reminders or call people to make sure they still want the appointment, the day before. Now guess what happens. What would your response be if you were losing over a hundred pounds a day turnover? I think many business's suffer this problem but there appears to be no solution.

HORRAH. Now officially OPEN for lash extensions. Its been a very tough 5 months without business! HELP! If you know anyone that wants glamming up! send them my way. I also do acrylic nail extensions, shellac etc. I am availale 7 days a week. Yes I do work Sundays.

Not long now before we can take care of your nails and lashes once again. Call for an appointment anytime as we anticipate a backlog and we really need to space out events so we can keep the place clean.
